Once the midweek slump creeps its way through the week to greet you with its stagnation, it's natural to want to hibernate like a bear until it all passes.

There are many reasons to envy bears and their way of life. They walk around the forest, listening to the birds, looking at the beautiful landscape, walking on the riverbanks, enjoying it every day. And when they walk by, they are the big bad boss - no one in the animal kingdom dares to mess with a bear. So, enjoying the big outdoors daily, and having no trouble around: check. So far so good, the bear life sounds great.

But if there's a single aspect of a bear's life we'd have to choose to take to ours, it must be hibernation. That deep, uninterrupted sleep that gets all energy levels back to 100%. We might not want to have the original version of sleeping through half the year (though, we totally get that some people would be thrilled to sleep for months at a time), but we'd definitely take the light version any day. But especially during the midweek. This slump is harsh, we need a bear hibernation to fix this.

We wish we could have the ability to hibernate like a bear at the snap of a finger, like magic. But, unfortunately, we can't. Bears might be friend-shaped, but their size is there to say one thing: “I'm a huge, intimidating creature, and I could tear you apart in less than a minute.
